to referred Buyers & Sellers that complete their real estate purchase or sale transactions through

CHARITIES DONATIONS
CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS FOR AMERICA directs the donation of the net funding
developed by CARES Referrals for Charities © to Charities based on following:

Preferred Charities that have been approved for donation by our Funding Development Partners
as named & specified within their Charities Funding Directives
FUNDING DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS
BUYERS & SELLERS
Buyers & Sellers that partner with CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS to develop
funding for Charities through the CARES Referrals for Charities © program, are provided with opportunities
to direct 90% of the net Charities Donations that are developed by their referrals, to their Charities.
CHARITIES & NONPROFITS
Charities & nonprofits that partner with CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS to develop funding,
that have registered the Buyers & Seller Supporters in the CARES Referrals for Charities © program
receive 90% of the net funding that is developed from their Buyers & Sellers closed referrals
that have provided donation partnering Charities have registered in the program.
VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers that register Buyers & Sellers in the CARES Referrals for Charities © program
receive $100.00 in Honoraria or $100.00 in Tuition Assistance for each Buyer or Seller
that they have registered that completes the referral program
with a purchase or sale of real estate.

that benefits every funding development partner that participates in the program
BUYERS & SELLERS
Buyers & Sellers registered by Charities, Charities Supporters & Volunteers
receive $100.00 Partners In Giving Awards from our CHARITY as a THANK YOU for their assistance
in the development of funding for Charities & Nonprofit Organizations.
Buyers & Sellers registered by Charities, Charities Supporters & Volunteers
are provided with opportunities to direct 90% of CARES referral funding that is developed by their
Client referrals & transfers, to their preferred Charities & Nonprofit Organizations.
Buyers & Sellers registered by Supporters, Charities, & Charities Volunteers also receive
the advantage of interviewing select Realtors within their communities to chose the Realtors that they want
to assist them with the purchase or sale of real estate.
CHARITIES
Charities receive 90% of the net funding to $5,000.00 that is developed from the referral
of the Buyers or Sellers of real estate that Charities, Charities Supporters & Volunteers register in the

VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers that register Buyers & Sellers in the CARES Referrals for Charities © program
receive a $100.00 Honorarium or $100.00 in Tuition Assistance for each Buyer or Seller
that they have registered that completes the referral program
with a purchase or sale of real estate.
REALTORS & REAL ESTATE COMPANIES
Realtors & Real Estate Companies are the only program participants that have any expenses
and they only remit a standard referral fee from the COMMISSIONS that they receive
for assisting our referred Buyers & Sellers with the purchase or sale of real estate.
EVERYONE benefits from sharing our program.

CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS has approved 20 SELECT CHARITIES for donation
through our exclusive CARES Referrals for Charities © funding innovation.
SELECT CHARITIES are approved by the CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS FOR AMERICA
Board of Directors in accordance to the following qualifications:
Charities shall have been organized within the United States and have a current
501 (c) (3) Public Charities status
Charities shall provide primary services within the United States
and shall demonstrate a minimum program effectiveness score of 75 % as determined & published
through the nonprofit offices of the Charity Navigator organization

Charities Development Initiative for new Charities. Charities that have a current 501 (c)(3) designation
and a written recommendation from one of our Charities funding partners
are reviewed for approval by the Board of Directors.
CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS Charities Development Initiative provides
approved Charities with placement as one of the SELECT CHARITIES on the Corporation Website
to provide their cause with maximum exposure for a period of six months
